COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements
CapTech is committed to keeping our people safe and healthy. In order to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we have made our CapTech offices available to only vaccinated employees and visitors. This policy is intended to safeguard the health of our employees and their families, our clients, visitors, and the community at large. It also complies with applicable laws and is based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, President Biden’s COVID-19 Action Plan, and local health authorities, as applicable.
We realize the decision to receive the vaccine is very personal and each employee and recruit should make their decision in consultation with their own healthcare provider after receiving the available information. With CapFlex we try to provide as much flexibility as possible and for those not vaccinated they are able to work remotely as long as this aligns to our clients’ expectations.
